Trudy Woodard

LPC
location-pin Colorado Springs

I take an evidence-based approach to therapy yet recognize that finding the right therapist can be a bit overwhelming and scary. I work to build a non-judgemental space where you feel comfortable exploring concerns and issues. I enjoy working with adolescents, military members/first responders, and spouses. By personalizing therapy and offering a nonjudgmental stance, I help those struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, grief, and trauma learn to cope in more effective ways.

When I’m not working as a counselor, I am likely playing with my six Corgis and German Short-Hair Pointer. Together, with my blended family (husband, two boys, one daughter, and two grandchildren), I love spending time outside – hiking, playing, and relaxing as much as possible.
