Barbara VanderPol, MA, PsyD

Take pride in yourself, your journey toward meaningful change has already begun! Life
can be challenging, but having support can make it feel less daunting. I use evidence-
based therapies to guide you as you work toward your goals, including CBT, DBT,
exposure and response therapy, and solution-focused techniques. My approach
prioritizes careful listening and fosters an open, inviting environment for you to share
freely. I help clients manage transitions, cope with stress, and develop greater self-
awareness. Together, we'll build on your strengths, encourage growth, and embrace
new perspectives as you pursue your aspirations. I am experienced working with
adolescents, adults, and families from all backgrounds, and I look forward to supporting
you.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, fur babies included, and
having a good time together. I also love cooking, reading, listening to music, exploring
the outdoors, and watching movies.
