She/Her
Life can sometimes feel like you've been dropped into the middle of the wilderness-you have no map or known tools to help guide you and it's so dark that you can't see any discernible path forward. If this is where you are at, I am so glad you've taken that brave first step towards asking for help, and I would be deeply honored to walk alongside you through your wilderness.
As a certified grief therapist, I am exceedingly passionate about supporting those struggling to navigate a loss. I also have extensive experience working with folks experiencing suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, and challenging life transitions. I use a person-centered approach to create a warm, authentic, and accepting relationship with my clients first and foremost. I also utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic therapy, EMDR, and Attachment-based interventions to help my clients achieve their goals.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, enjoying Colorado's beautiful outdoors, playing piano and guitar, and reading copious amounts of fantasy novels!
