Frank Wott
MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable opening up and exploring their mental health journey. My ideal clients come from all walks of life and all age groups, and I want each person to feel heard, supported, and respected when they reach out for care. I value building genuine connections and helping clients feel safe as we work together toward healing, growth, and improved well-being.
As a PMHNP, I take a compassionate, holistic, and collaborative approach to care. I believe mental health treatment works best when clients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care decisions. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable space where we can work together to better understand your concerns and develop a treatment plan that fits your individual needs and goals.
I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques when appropriate to help clients recognize patterns in their thoughts and behaviors, while also focusing on overall wellness, lifestyle factors, and emotional well-being. I understand that every person's journey is unique, and I strive to meet clients where they are with empathy, respect, and encouragement throughout the healing process.
If you're considering taking the next step in your mental health journey, I encourage you to reach out. Seeking support can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate it alone. I look forward to creating a supportive and collaborative space where you feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to move toward greater well-being.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing music, and taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer. Whether it's exploring the mountains, being outdoors, or watching sports, I value activities that help me stay connected, balanced, and grounded. I believe maintaining those connections and interests is an important part of overall well-being, and I encourage my clients to find the same balance in their own lives.
