I specialize in helping individuals with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, stress, anger, and adjustment issues-especially those related to military experiences. I use strengths-based, client-centered techniques to create a safe, supportive environment where we can work together to explore your needs, set goals, and achieve the outcomes that are most important to you.
I'm passionate about working with both adults and adolescents, and I bring a combination of evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to our sessions.
Outside of therapy, I love spending time outdoors, reading, exercising, and listening to music-taking care of myself so I can be fully present for you. As an animal lover, I can't choose between cats and dogs, so I have both!
