When life becomes painful, it's natural to fall into cycles of avoidance and suffering. My work is about helping you accept what's beyond your control, gently face what's causing you pain, and discover what makes life feel meaningful again.
I have a particular passion for working with neurodivergent adults and people with eating disorders, but also work with a variety of issues from anxiety, chronic pain/illness, trauma, and women's issues like postpartum depression and anxiety. If you feel like you can't get your life together, no matter how hard you try, I'd genuinely love to work with you.
My approach is gentle but directive, warm and humorous, and above all, non-judgmental.
I am a therapist, artist, educator, and published writer. I have experience working in child welfare, schools, in-home therapy, private practice, intensive outpatient, and residential.
