I'm the kind of therapist who genuinely wants to see you thrive. With over 12 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples through some of life's most challenging moments. From the very first session, I work hard to build a real, authentic connection with every client, because I know that feeling understood is the foundation of any meaningful progress.
I take a thoughtful, blended approach to therapy, using evidence-based methods while always keeping your unique personality, goals, and life experiences at the center of your treatment plan. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship communication, and I have a passion for helping people untangle the patterns that have been holding them back.
I'm also trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), a powerful, research-backed approach that helps parents and young children strengthen their bond, improve communication, and build a more harmonious home life. It's a great fit for families navigating tantrums, defiance, and stress with children ages 2-7.
Whether you're an individual looking for clarity, a couple hoping to reconnect, or a parent navigating the challenges of raising kids, I have the tools and the heart to help.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm an adventurer at heart. I spend my free time exploring the outdoors with my wife and two dogs. You can find me skiing, backpacking, hiking, mountain biking, or rock climbing. I recharge through woodworking and video games, and I'll be the first to tell you that taking care of yourself looks different for everyone. That same philosophy carries straight into how I show up for my clients every single day.
