She takes a strengths and evidence-based approach to therapy yet recognizes that finding the right therapist can be a bit overwhelming and scary. She understands we are all human and works hard to bring that humanness into her practice while also working to build a non-judgmental space where clients can feel comfortable sharing their stories. Lisa enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, women, and military families. By meeting clients where they’re at, Lisa helps those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma learn to cope in more effective ways.
When not working as a therapist, Lisa enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter and playing with her 14-year-old mixed terrier fur baby. Lisa enjoys crocheting, making homemade salsa, making homemade candles, soaps, and other bath products. Lisa is a big kid at heart and enjoys coloring and all things Harry Potter.
Lisa is honored you would consider sharing your story with her and allow her to venture with you on your journey to healing.
