Sarah Pellizzari

LCSW
location-pin Colorado Springs

Sarah Pellizzari is a Licensed Therapist in our Colorado Springs location.

While Sarah is well-versed in evidence-based treatments, she also believes in a person-centered approach, because we are all unique individuals and therapy are not ‘one size fits all’. She has found that taking this approach along with having solid tools in her tool kit has helped many clients on their journey toward healing and enhancing their lives. She is a firm believer in using authenticity, warmth, and transparency in the therapeutic relationship to help clients feel comfortable and safe in being able to do some of the hard work that therapy can entail.

Sarah is a native North Carolinian who has lived in Colorado for 11 years. She enjoys positive reinforcement dog training as well as hiking and walking in all the beautiful places in town. She believes in enjoying life and aims to cherish each moment with gratitude. She shares her life with certified therapy dog and personal pet Lira, a golden retriever, and retired a very special therapy dog and pet, Putter, a boxer/pitbull mix who worked with her for nearly 10 years.
