Therapy Can Be Flexible

Having the ability to schedule your appointments around your schedule makes it a very convenient for treatment. We offer sessions online and in the the office so scheduling appointments is easy. We also have three locations in the Colorado Springs area.

Evidence-based Therapy

We specialize in evidence-based treatment which is based on research and scientific studies that have shown to be effective for the specific difficulty that you are seeking help for. That means that you do not receive the same counseling for trauma as you do for depression, anxiety, or an eating disorder. It also means that we treat you so that you really do get better, not to just simply discuss the problem or vent.
