I believe that every person deserves to be protected, valued, and provided with the support necessary to become who they strive to be. My path to becoming a therapist was paved by my own childhood experiences, which fueled a lifelong passion for mental health advocacy. Today, with over a decade of experience, I am dedicated to being a trusted partner for my clients as they navigate life’s most difficult chapters.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and EMDR Certified Therapist, I specialize in healing trauma—whether it occurred in childhood or adulthood. My practice is a space for high-risk youth, women, and older adults (55+) to feel seen and heard. I also find deep purpose in supporting families who serve as caregivers for their aging loved ones.
I support clients through various stages of life, from gaining clarity on life purpose to building sustainable self-care and communication skills. Whether we are utilizing EMDR to process deep-seated trauma or working on tools to manage everyday stressors and grief, my goal is to help you acquire the resources you need to enhance your quality of life.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver and my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Illinois. To further specialize my clinical practice, I completed comprehensive EMDR training through the RiversEdge Institute. I remain committed to community uplifting. Beyond the therapy room, I am a wife, mother and a philanthropist who volunteers time with local youth and senior citizens.
