If you're feeling overwhelmed-by anxiety, low mood, mood swings, trauma, or the daily stress of keeping it all together-I'm here to help. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I look at the full picture: your sleep, nutrition, stress, relationships, and past experiences. I don't jump straight to medication-if we decide together it's the right fit, we'll create a plan that feels aligned with your values and goals.

I work with adults, children, and adolescents, and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral or school-related challenges in kids and teens. I also have a strong focus on women's mental health, including perinatal and postpartum mood disorders. Whether you're navigating new motherhood, burnout, or your child is struggling to cope, you'll be met with compassion and practical support.

My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and grounded in whole-person care and evidence-based practice. You're the expert on your life-I'm here to partner with you as we connect the dots, build resilience, and move toward lasting change. Outside of work, you'll probably find me outdoors mountain biking or hiking with my husband and two dogs, or deep into a podcast on the gut-brain connection. (I really do believe sleep and nourishment are underrated superpowers.)

If you're ready for a provider who sees the whole you-not just a diagnosis-I'd love to connect.
